🛒 Orders

How do I place an order?

Simply add the items you want to your cart and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — you can request a cancellation before your order has been dispatched. A 6% cancellation fee may apply to cover non‑refundable payment processing charges.

To request a cancellation, email card.halo@hotmail.com with your order number.

Can I change my address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can update your address. Once the order is dispatched, we cannot make changes.


📦 Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class: 2–4 working days

  • Royal Mail 1st Class: 1–2 working days

  • Tracked services: varies by service

Processing time is usually 1–3 business days.

Do you offer tracked shipping?

Yes — tracked options are available at checkout. Untracked services do not include tracking.

My parcel hasn’t arrived — what should I do?

Delivery delays can happen. If your parcel is late, contact us and we’ll help where possible. Please note we cannot control courier delays once the parcel has been dispatched.


📬 Pre‑Orders

How do pre‑orders work?

Pre‑order items are shipped once they are released and available. If your order contains both pre‑order and in‑stock items, the entire order will ship together unless you place separate orders.

Can I cancel a pre‑order?

Yes — before dispatch. A 6% cancellation fee may apply.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • With seals intact

Trading card products must remain sealed.

How do I start a return?

Email card.halo@hotmail.com with your order number. We’ll provide a return address and instructions.

Do you accept returns on opened trading card products?

No — once opened, trading card items cannot be returned.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

Are your products authentic?

Yes — all products sold by Card Halo are 100% genuine and sourced from authorised distributors.

Do you sell single cards?

If applicable, single cards are shipped in protective sleeves and top loaders. 

Do you restock sold‑out items?

Restocks depend on supplier availability. Follow us or sign up for our newsletter for updates.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods supported by Shopify, including:

  • Debit/credit cards

  • PayPal (if enabled)

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (if enabled)

Is my payment information secure?

Yes — payments are processed securely through Shopify. We never see or store your full card details.
